We are now looking for a Paid Social Specialist for our Swedish market and its brands! In the role you will be responsible for implementing and managing paid social activity, maximizing customer acquisition at cost effective levels based on your analysis work from our BI tools. You will be a part of the Performance Marketing Team, and report to the Paid Social Team Lead.

We believe that you have 1-2 years of experience working within the Paid Social area, with a great general knowledge of Performance Marketing. It's crucial that you get motivated in an environment that offers significant responsibility and encourages ownership of your work. Thriving in a role that allows you to apply your analytical skills is also essential.

Must have:

• Hands-on experience within the Paid Social environment

• Good knowledge about best practices and marketing strategies

• General knowledge of Performance marketing

• Great analytical skills

• Fluent in Swedish and English

Nice to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication or similar

• Fluent in Finnish or Norwegian

• Fintech/consumer loan background
