HR Business Partner

We are now looking for our next HR Business Partner to join our fantastic HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for selected departments across the group, offering HR support both operationally and strategically. Additionally, you will play a key role in driving the HR agenda alongside department leaders, aiming to achieve high levels of engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborating with department leaders to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
- Overseeing competency needs and driving efficient and qualitative recruitments alongside hiring managers.
- Driving initiatives related to talent and performance management.
- Ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations, focused on the swedish market.
- Driving initiatives related to other areas within HR, such as compensation & benefits, work environment, organisational changes, new ways of working, and more.
- Using HR data to contribute to strategic decision-making.
- Managing employee relations and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- A few years of broad experience in the HR field, preferably as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner.
- Proficient in both verbal and written communication in Swedish and English
- Experience in annual HR activities, including talent management, performance reviews, and salary revisions.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both leaders and employees.
- Good understanding of swedish labour law practices (such as SE: LAS, MBL, AML, DL).
- Be a natural ambassador of our core values: Social, Ambitious, Trustworthy.
Nice to haves
- Relevant education in HRM or equivalent.
- Experience working in a fast-paced organization.
- Communication skills in Scandinavian languages other than swedish.
- Experience working with modern HR tech, such as Hibob and Workday Peakon.
