Adapt global initiatives to local needs, conducting testing and QA to maintain high standards of quality and performance.
Design, run, and analyze experiments (e.g. A/B tests) to improve customer journeys and conversion metrics.
Track and optimize local KPIs, collaborating closely with analytics and UX to translate insights into tangible improvements.
Bring local market perspectives and data-driven recommendations to central product discussions, identifying emerging opportunities and trends.
Partner cross-functionally with commercial, tech, and design teams to drive initiatives from idea to impact.
Foster a culture of experimentation, hands-on learning, and continuous optimization within the local product team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in a product management, product operations, or growth/experimentation role.
- Proven ability to balance strategic insight with hands-on execution.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; experience with A/B testing, experimentation tools, and performance tracking.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in fintech, SaaS, or digital consumer products is a plus.
You’ll Thrive in This Role If You… - Enjoy blending strategy with hands-on product work.
- Are passionate about localizing and optimizing global products for real customer impact.
- Have a data-driven mindset and a bias for experimentation.
- Can operate effectively between global and local teams – translating strategy into results.
