We are now looking for a Digital PR & Content Manager to join Sambla Group.
As a Digital PR & Content Manager, you will be responsible for developing, producing, and optimizing content while driving digital PR initiatives that strengthen brand visibility, awareness, and organic growth. You’ll play a key role in Sambla Group’s transformation from a loan comparison site to a broader personal finance platform across the Nordics. The role combines creative storytelling, strategic PR craftsmanship, and a data-driven mindset.
You will collaborate closely with SEO Specialists, Social Media Specialists, and Brand Marketing to ensure that content and PR activities align with Sambla Group’s overall communication and growth objectives. You will report to the Head of Display & Social.
Key Responsibilities
Digital PR & SEO-Driven Branding
Develop and execute digital PR campaigns that strengthen the brand’s online authority.
Actively generate high-quality brand mentions, press coverage, and natural backlinks in line with SEO strategy.
Identify and build relationships with relevant media outlets and industry partners.
Monitor brand exposure and track market trends to identify new PR opportunities.
Media Content Management
Plan, produce, and publish organic social media content aligned with the content plan and brand strategy.
Create, edit, and coordinate the production of guides, news articles, and video content.
Collaborate with internal designers and marketing managers to ensure quality and timely delivery.
Optimize content for reach, engagement, and community growth.
Analyze performance metrics and continuously improve content based on insights.
Community Management & Organic Growth Optimization
Engage with and build relationships across digital communities, forums, and groups within personal finance.
Manage social media interactions to enhance trust, service, and brand experience.
Identify opportunities for organic exposure and social proof through collaborations, mentions, and community initiatives.
Maintain a consistent and relevant brand voice across all social channels through active trend monitoring and message adaptation.
Drive data-led optimization of content, PR, and social performance — including A/B testing, trend analysis, and learnings for future campaigns.
Qualifications
Experience in digital PR, content production, and content marketing.
Strong understanding of how Digital PR and SEO work together to drive organic visibility.
Proven ability to produce engaging, informative content for social media.
Analytical and data-driven approach with the ability to track, evaluate, and optimize performance.
Experience in fintech, comparison platforms, or other regulated industries is a plus.
