We are currently seeking an Interim Brand Manager for a 10-month fixed-term assignment! As an Interim Brand Manager at Sambla Group, you will be part of our Brand team and hold ownership of a wide range of tasks related to brand marketing. This includes working on and planning our ATL media together with our Media manager, driving and leading brand projects, creating and planning campaigns, and monitoring and analyzing relevant KPIs related to brand performance. Furthermore, you will be responsible for our Organic Social activities across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. You will work closely with our advertising agency, our media agency as well as several stakeholders within the organization.
Further on, the role involves:
Drive brand related activities and campaigns across Sweden and Norway.
Continuous monitoring and analysis of campaigns using brand metrics.
Project lead campaign production with our advertising agency Good Enough Media.
Ensure top-tier brand experiences across Sambla Group brands in the Swedish and Norwegian market, ensuring consistent quality in CRM, transactional mail, site and other relevant channels.
Manage PR campaigns with a commercial focus to boost awareness, consideration and organic customer acquisition (excluding Sambla Group brand).
Drive Organic Social activities on platforms including (but not limited to) Facebook, Instagram and TikTok to increase followers and to drive engagement and traffic to our sites.
In order to succeed in the position, we believe that you have:
At least 2-3 years of experience in Brand Management.
Experience in brand measurement such as brand awareness, consideration and preference.
Project management experience.
Experience within creative production and proven skills in creating successful brand campaigns.
Strong communication skills in Swedish and English, both written and verbal.
A bit of extra credit if you also have:
Experience from both the Swedish and Norwegian market.
Experience from fintech or related industries.
