Key Responsibilities and skills
- Develop and implement effective CRM strategies.
- Hands-on experience of building customer journeys and how to continuously optimize them.
- Work with multiple markets and brands to deliver personalised communication to the users.
- Establish relevant KPIs to be able to measure success and drive performance.
- Analyze and interpret data to provide insights and recommendations. We believe you have strong analytical skills with a strategic mindset.
- Being able to effectively communicate and convey key metrics and results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a holistic understanding of the user journey.
Experience - Minimum of 3 years in a B2C marketing role, with focus on CRM and marketing automation.
- A relevant university degree.
