We’re now looking for a Head of Marketing in Finland to play a pivotal role in strengthening our presence in the Finnish market. If you’re a strategic marketer with a deep understanding of the local landscape, this is your chance to lead high-impact initiatives in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
As Head of Marketing, you will take ownership of Sambla Group’s marketing strategy and execution in Finland. You’ll be responsible for driving brand growth, optimizing marketing performance, and building strong customer engagement — all while aligning with our group-wide strategy.
This role requires both strategic vision and hands-on execution. You’ll work closely with our central marketing teams and collaborate with local agencies and partners to deliver results across all areas of Marketing for our Finnish Market.
You will be a core member of the local Finnish management team, reporting to the Managing Director, and collaborate closely with the Group CMO. While this role does not include direct personnel management, you will act as a key cross-functional leader across local and central teams.
Amongst other things, you will work with:
- Develop and own the overall marketing strategy for the Finnish market
- Lead execution across brand, PR, performance marketing, partnerships, and CRM market
- Manage and allocate the local marketing budget to drive maximum impact
- Collaborate with central marketing teams to align on goals, tools, and tactics
- Build strong relationships with external agencies and key partners in Finland
- Use market trends, customer insights, and performance data to continuously optimize campaigns and drive business growth
What we are looking for:
- Several years of experience in senior marketing role
- Broad experience across marketing disciplines — ideally within fintech, financial services, or digital B2C environments
- Strong understanding of the Finnish consumer landscape
- A strategic thinker who’s not afraid to get hands-on when needed
- Data-driven and experienced in making decisions based on analytics and customer insight
- Comfortable working in a matrix organization and cross-functional teams
- Fluent in Finnish and English, both written and spoken
