We are now looking for a Director of Product.
In this role you will report to the Chief Product and Technology Officer and be a key driver in shaping lasting customer relationships through continuous value creation and fostering a truly customer centric organisation. You will lead the product function in defining vision, aligning strategy, and delivering experiences that help customers build lasting, healthy financial habits.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Alignment & OKR Leadership
Act as the primary driver of the OKR process within Product –defining, cascading, and tracking objectives and key results to ensure alignment with company strategy and financial targets.Roadmap Ownership
Lead the creation, curation, and delivery of a unified product roadmap, ensuring initiatives are prioritized based on impact, effort, and strategic fit.Execution Excellence
Drive focus and accountability across product teams to deliver high-quality outcomes on time and within scope.Cross-Functional and Cross-Market Collaboration
Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, Commercial, Marketing, and Country Operations to ensure cross-functional and cross-market involvement, alignment and efficient execution.Best Practices & Frameworks
Establish and embed product management best practices across discovery, validation, delivery, and measurement.Product Health Metrics (KPIs)
Define and monitor key product metrics to track adoption, engagement, retention, and overall product health, ensuring alignment with company strategy, financial targets, and market needs.Product Leadership & Team Development
Lead and develop a team of Product Managers. Setting direction, raising the craft, and ensuring focus on initiatives that create the greatest customer and business impact. Build a strong product culture that values discovery, evidence-based decisions, and measurable outcomes.
Requirements
For this position, we see that you have:
Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
8+ years in software product development, including 3-5 years managing PMs.
Experience across industries; banking or other regulated environments is a strong plus.
Ideally you have:
Proven track record leading multi-team product organizations, ideally in fintech or other high-growth, regulated environments. Past experience from matrix organisations is merited.
Strong strategic acumen paired with operational rigor – able to connect company vision to execution.
Deep understanding of product lifecycle management, customer behavior, and metrics-driven decision-making.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
