We are now looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition Partner who wants to grow with us and play a key role in high-volume recruitment of top sales talent across Sweden, Norway, and Denmark.
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll be part of our HR team, focusing on supporting sales recruitment in the Nordic markets. You’ll work hands-on with the entire recruitment process – from writing job ads and screening candidates to participating in interviews and coordinating contracts.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced and target-driven environment. You’ll work closely with experienced colleagues and hiring managers to ensure a smooth and high-quality recruitment experience, even during periods of high hiring activity.
Key responsibilities:
Execute end-to-end recruitment processes for our sales teams – from job posting to contract.
Support hiring managers in Sweden, Norway, and Denmark with candidate selection and coordination.
Manage multiple recruitments simultaneously in a high-volume context.
Maintain accurate employee data and documentation in our HR systems.
Ensure compliance with Swedish labor law and internal HR policies.
Contribute to developing internal guidelines, policies, and HR processes.
We believe you are:
A recent graduate or early in your HR career, with a degree in HR, business, or a related field.
Experienced in recruitment through an internship, part-time job, or student position – ideally within sales or other goal-oriented environments.
Social, relationship-driven, and communicative, with a genuine interest in connecting with people and understanding what drives top sales performers.
Fluent in Swedish, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in English; knowledge of Norwegian or Danish is a plus.
Structured, curious, and eager to learn in a dynamic, fast-moving, and international setting.
