Performance Marketer
Join Sambla Group as a Performance Marketer — own paid growth, turn data into action and use AI to build smarter, scalable campaigns across markets.
Sambla Group is a fintech company with a clear goal – to be your trusted financial partner. We’ve grown into one of the fastest-growing fintech companies, bridging the gap between borrowers and lenders, thanks to the 500+ amazing people who work here. In the summer of 2026, we were granted authorisation as a credit market company, marking an important milestone in our continued journey to expand into own lending and opening an exciting new chapter for Sambla Group.
We are looking for a Performance Marketer to join our Growth Marketing team at our headquarters in central Stockholm.
This role is for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, high-performance environment and wants to use AI & automation to scale paid acquisition smarter and faster. You will take ownership of paid growth in one or more markets, working hands-on across SEM, paid social, display and other relevant paid media channels. You will play an important role in building more efficient, automated and scalable ways of working across campaign setup, optimization, reporting, experimentation and performance analysis. If you enjoy turning data into action, testing new tools and using AI to improve both quality and output, this could be a great fit.
What you will do
As our Performance Marketer, you will play an important role in driving efficient and measurable paid acquisition across your assigned market. You will work closely with the Growth Marketing team and collaborate with data, analytics, brand, GEO marketing, content, affiliation and marketing engineering.
Your responsibilities will include:
Own paid acquisition performance for one or more assigned markets.
Plan, launch, monitor and optimize campaigns across SEM, paid social, display and other relevant paid media channels.
Use AI and automation to improve speed, scalability and quality across campaign creation, optimization, reporting and analysis.
Manage campaign structures, keyword strategies, ad copy, search terms, bidding, budgets and pacing.
Build and improve automated workflows for campaign setup, reporting, alerts, analysis and performance follow-up.
Develop audience strategies, creative testing plans and messaging angles across paid social.
Use AI tools for keyword expansion, ad copy generation, creative variations, market research, competitor monitoring and performance insights.
Translate local market insights, competitor activity and customer behavior into clear campaign priorities.
Adapt global campaign frameworks into locally relevant execution, especially for Nordic markets.
Track and analyze performance by market, channel, campaign, audience, keyword, creative and funnel stage.
Turn performance data into clear actions, identifying what to scale, improve, automate or stop.
Run structured experiments across messaging, creatives, audiences, bidding, keywords, landing pages and campaign structures.
Contribute to shared prompt libraries, automation workflows, campaign templates and best practices for SEM and paid social.
Keep campaign setup, tracking, naming, QA and documentation structured, reliable and scalable.
Collaborate with marketing engineering and analytics to identify opportunities for smarter data flows, dashboards and automation.
This is a broad and hands-on role where you will get close to the business, take ownership from day one and help shape how Sambla Group develops AI-enabled performance marketing across markets.
Who we are looking for
We believe you are a curious, energetic and commercially driven performance marketer who enjoys working with data, campaigns, automation and people. You like getting into the details of performance, and you understand how channel, audience, message, market and automation fit together to drive business impact.
To succeed in this role, we believe you have:
Around 5+ years of experience in online marketing, performance marketing, growth marketing or a similar role, preferably within the financial vertical.
Deep experience managing paid acquisition across SEM and/or paid social, display or other paid media channels.
Strong understanding of budget management, pacing, bidding, campaign structure and performance optimization.
Experience using AI tools, automation platforms or marketing technology to improve campaign execution, data quality, analysis or reporting.
Experience working with paid acquisition metrics such as LTV/CAC, CPA, ROAS, qualified leads, app installs or similar acquisition outcomes.
Strong analytical skills and confidence working with performance data.
A strong interest in AI, automation, workflow optimization and new marketing technologies.
Ability to adapt global frameworks into locally relevant campaigns.
Great collaboration skills and experience working with data, analytics, brand, creative, content, affiliation or tech teams.
A structured and detail-oriented way of working, with a strong focus on campaign quality, tracking and measurable impact.
Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
Norwegian and/or Danish language skills are highly valued, but not a requirement.
It is a plus if you have experience from financial services, fintech, loan comparison, app marketing, lead generation or other high-volume acquisition environments.
As a person we believe you are analytical, energetic and hands-on. You have a solution oriented mindset and enjoy working in a dynamic environment where priorities can shift, performance changes quickly and collaboration is key. You take ownership, act fast and stay curious. You like exploring smarter ways of working and are excited by how AI and automation can support faster, better and more scalable campaign execution. You enjoy testing, learning and improving continuously, while contributing with positive energy to the team around you. You are comfortable combining precision with pace: making sure campaigns are well structured, data is reliable and execution is fast.
What we offer
At Sambla Group, you will be part of a fast-moving and ambitious marketing environment where performance, data and innovation are central to how we work. You will get strong ownership of your market and the opportunity to influence how we work with paid acquisition, experimentation and AI-enabled marketing across the group.
You will join a team where ideas are welcomed, learning is encouraged and your work has a direct impact on growth. We move quickly, collaborate closely and believe that great results come from combining sharp analysis, creativity and strong execution.
We might be a little different from most companies. Instead of defining personal values, we’ve built a shared way of working - a rhythm that guides how we collaborate, support our customers, and move forward together. We call it Drive & Jive - a shared rhythm that creates momentum through direction, collaboration, and human connection.
