About the Role

As a Senior Fullstack Engineer, you will play a key role in the development and maintenance of our customer-facing applications and mission-critical backend services. You will work in a cross-functional team within a multi-product organization, where you will contribute to creating scalable and robust solutions for both the frontend and backend.

Responsibilities

In the position you will design, develop, and maintain customer-facing applications and mission-critical backend services. You will collaborate within a cross-functional team in a multi-product organization to build and maintain scalable and resilient frontend and backend solutions. Ensuring the performance and accessibility of our customer-facing products, you'll work with component libraries, adhere to brand guidelines, and conduct A/B testing and experimentation to optimize user experience.

Qualifications

Must-Have:

• Solid experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, Node.js, and React.
• Experience building and maintaining mission-critical backend APIs.
• Experience developing customer-facing products with a focus on performance and accessibility.
• Experience working with cloud-hosted applications and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience managing complex state management in React/Redux.
• Experience with MySQL and MongoDB.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in React Native.
• Experience in Next.js.
• Eye for design and UX.
• Experience in AWS.
• Experience contributing to design systems.
• Experience with tracking user events.
• Experience running A/B tests.
• Experience from fintech or insurance focused businesses.
