GEO Marketer
Sambla Group is a fintech company with a clear goal – to be your trusted financial partner. We’ve grown into one of the biggest fintech companies, bridging the gap between borrowers and lenders, thanks to the 500+ amazing people who work here. In the summer of 2026, we were granted authorisation as a credit market company, marking an important milestone in our continued journey to expand into own lending and opening an exciting new chapter for Sambla Group.
We are looking for a GEO Marketer to join the GEO & Content team, part of Marketing Acquisition, at our headquarters in central Stockholm.
People increasingly find financial guidance through AI assistants and answer engines, not only through Google. You will help Sambla Group move from traditional SEO to GEO, built on content optimization and visibility in AI answers, so that we stay visible, trusted and competitive in search engines, AI-driven discovery and the external content sources that matter in our markets. For one or more markets, you will own organic visibility, website content, accessibility and engagement.
The work runs from keyword, intent research and content briefs through optimization, implementation and localization, to technical SEO recommendations, LLM visibility initiatives and performance analysis. You will use AI tools in all of it and help make it a natural part of the team's daily workflow. If you want to work with organic growth, AI and coding, and care about how people look for financial advice online, this could be a great fit.
What you will do
You will grow organic visibility, demand and trust in your assigned market. The role is broad and close to the business: you take ownership from day one and help shape how Sambla Group builds AI-enabled organic acquisition across markets.
Your responsibilities will include:
Own organic visibility for your market across search engines, AI search, answer engines and other relevant discovery platforms.
Set and run the local organic roadmap, covering priorities, initiatives, content requirements and expected impact.
Turn market needs, user search behavior, competitor activity and search trends into clear content and optimization priorities.
Research keywords, topics and intent, and write content briefs that serve both SEO and GEO goals.
Rework existing content for clarity, authority, relevance and conversion intent, and so that AI systems can discover it.
Take responsibility for website content, site accessibility, Core Web Vitals and user engagement, and keep improving them.
Make sure content and site code are structured so search engines, users, LLMs and AI agents can access, understand and use them. That means working with site structure, metadata, structured data, internal linking and crawlability.
Adapt global content and GEO frameworks to what works in your local market.
Bring AI into research, topic clustering, briefs, localization, content refreshes, performance analysis and insights.
Build and share AI-supported workflows that raise speed and quality and scale across GEO and content work.
Partner with Growth Marketing, Digital PR & Content, Affiliation and Marketing Engineering so organic growth supports wider acquisition priorities.
Track and analyze organic performance, and use the data to decide what to scale, improve, refresh, automate or stop.
Who we are looking for
An organic growth specialist who likes working hands-on across SEO, GEO, content, AI, coding and performance. Who understand how search behavior is changing and want to build ways of working that keep us visible in both traditional search engines and AI-driven discovery.
You bring:
5+ years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, organic growth, online marketing or a similar role, at least 3 of them in SEO or GEO.
Practical experience with keyword research, search intent, content optimization and organic performance analysis.
Experience coding and building websites, with a strong grasp of technical SEO and GEO, from site structure and code to Core Web Vitals.
In-depth understanding of how LLMs and AI agents work, how websites and apps can communicate with them, and how AI search, LLM visibility and generative discovery are changing organic acquisition.
A strong interest in AI, automation, workflow optimization and new ways of working in GEO and content marketing, including practical, responsible use of AI tools for briefs, content creation, refreshes, localization, research and insights.
Experience owning organic performance development from insight through execution and optimization, including turning global frameworks into local execution.
Good collaboration skills and experience working with performance marketing, content, PR, affiliation, analytics or tech teams.
A structured, proactive way of working, strong ownership and a focus on quality, scalability and measurable impact.
Strong communication skills in English. Native-level Norwegian or Finnish.
It is a plus if you have experience from financial services, fintech, loan comparison, app marketing, lead generation or other high-volume acquisition environments.
As a person, you are analytical, curious and solution-oriented. You are comfortable when search behavior changes quickly and priorities shift, and you know that results here depend on collaboration. You act without waiting to be asked and keep looking for smarter ways of working, especially where AI, automation and technical optimization can make organic growth faster and better.
What we offer
At Sambla Group, you will be part of a fast-moving and ambitious marketing environment where performance, data and innovation are central to how we work. You will get strong ownership of your market and the opportunity to influence how we work with organic acquisition, GEO, content optimization and AI-enabled marketing across the group.
You will join a team where ideas are welcomed, learning is encouraged and your work has a direct impact on growth. We move quickly, collaborate closely and believe that great results come from combining sharp analysis, creativity, technical understanding and strong execution.
